To use an Extended Warranty Plus return, please contact our customer service representitives via Live Support, email at [email protected], or by phone at 386-274-3100. Once we receive your request to use your Extended Warranty Plus, we will issue a UPS call tag via email to allow you to send your product back at no cost to you. Once received back at our warehouse, we will inspect your product and file the claim. Once the claim has been processed, we will exchange your product for the same item and ship the new product to you free of charge. If the original product is no longer available, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid on your next purchase.
