If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
- If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 888-265-2695 and leave a voice mail message.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged.
