2. Once you have done so and filled out the Return Authorization form, you will be notified within 24 hours with a RMA # and specific return instructions.
3. Depending on the type of return you are processing, a return label with either be emailed to you or you will be given the address to return your package to.

bowlingball.com understands that picking holiday gifts can be difficult. And we know that you will be able to find the perfect bowling gift on bowlingball.com.

Because that holiday bowling gift might not be the perfect size, weight or color for that special someone, we extend our return policy during this time of year. Items shipped from bowlingball.com between November 15, 2023, and December 31, 2023, may be returned through January 31, 2024. This extended return policy will be honored with any service plans that may have been purchased, like our Sure Fit Plan, etc.

All other elements of the bowlingball.com return policy remain the same. See below:

Return

[-Request a return-]

We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return or subject to a double restocking fee. Bowling balls that have been drilled can not be exchanged or returned.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com. Refusal of a package with the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, UPS Mail Innovations) without prior authorization by bowlingball.com to do so, where the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, allows bowlingball.com the right to charge the customer any fees incurred by the shipping company.

Any item returned after the 30 days from the date of delivery will be subject to the above terms.  If a refund is requested it will be issued in the form of a bowlingball.com gift card (store credit).

Exchange

[-Request an exchange-]

We have a 30 day exchange policy from date of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the item both ways.  Any differences in price will be charged or credited accordingly. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return or subject to a double restocking fee. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return or subject to a double restocking fee. Bowling balls that have been drilled can not be exchanged or returned.   Refusal of a package with the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, UPS Mail Innovations) without prior authorization by bowlingball.com to do so, where the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, allows bowlingball.com the right to charge the customer any fees incurred by the shipping company.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

[-Make a Warranty claim-]

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. Warranty items must be shipped in a protective box or we will refuse to accept the package. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Drilling charges are not reimbursable. If your ball is defective within 30 days after the delivery date and was drilled by bowlingball.com using our professional drilling services, your new ball will be drilled free of charge as part of our warranty replacement. However you will be responsible for the cost of inserts, slugs, and any other devices (eg. Switch Grip, IT, etc.) that are unusable from the original ball.  If your ball is defective more than 30 days after the delivery date and was drilled by bowlingball.com using our professional drilling services, your new ball can be redrilled for $20 for Custom Drilling (plus cost of any unusable inserts and/or thumb slugs) or $10 for Standard Drilling. Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business for approval.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com.

Sure Grip Plan

[-Make a Sure Grip Plan exchange-]

If your ball is defective and you have purchased the Sure Grip Plan, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the product to us free of charge. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the claim period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US only) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com.

Sure Carry Plan

[-Make a Sure Carry Plan exchange-]

If your bag is defective and you have purchased the Sure Carry Plan you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. As soon as we receive your product and if the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com.

Sure Fit Plan

[-Make a Sure Fit Plan exchange-]

If your shoes do not fit and you have purchased the Sure Fit Plan, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the shoes to us free of charge. The UPS return label will be e-mailed to you within the next business day. We will ship you (free of charge-Contiguous US only) a new pair of shoes to replace the ones that do not fit. If the original shoes are no longer available in the size you need, we will contact you to choose another pair of shoes. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return or subject to a double restocking fee. Sure Fit claims must be placed within 7 days after delivery of the shoes. There is a limit of one(1) return per purchase, after which you will be responsible for shipping charges.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com.

 

aSUREd Plan

[-Make an aSUREd Plan exchange-]

If your shoes are defective and you have purchased the aSUREd Plan you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. As soon as we receive your product and if the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.  Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by bowlingball.com.

 

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at 386-274-5685 and leave a voice mail message or send us a message at [email protected]. When you contact us, please refer to your order number.

Damaged Item Received

If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged. Please e-mail us at [email protected] with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
  • If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 888-265-2695 and leave a voice mail message.
