Rich Gucwa Jr

Coaching is done at the following bowling centers:
Lessons are normally conducted at AMF Rolling Meadows or eSkape Entertainment Center in Buffalo Grove but arrangements can be made at the bowling center of your choice.

Rich Gucwa is a former PBA Member, USBC Level I, Level II, Bronze, and Silver certified coach with 20+ years of competitive bowling experience.

Rich is also the Head Coach for Varsity Boy’s bowling at Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst, Illinois and founder of the DePaul Bowling Club at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

He has been involved in coaching bowlers of all ages from pre-teen and youth bowlers to adult and senior citizens encompassing all skill levels from beginner to elite competitors averaging 200+.
His teaching style focuses on “Muscle-Memory” which reveals the secret to establishing and maintaining a strong physical and psychological bowling technique. Rich references an extensive list of educational presentations on physical performance, equipment, lane conditions, Sport Bowling and coaching techniques where he has amassed a wide repertoire of "attention-getting" training techniques.

Rich provides classroom lessons on a wide spectrum of bowling topics as well as personal on-lane instruction for each of his students.
Clinics can be arranged for both youth and adult bowlers.
