Everyone knows that spares shooting is crucial to raising your average and eventually excelling in the game.

If you were to offer your best system(s) to a bowler seeking to develop a reliable spare shooting system, what would it be?

Would you recommend the old standard 3-6-9 system?

Would you recommend a system like we see the professionals bowling on television use?

Would you recommend using a special spare ball such as a plastic ball or would you suggesting using the same ball used for strike shots for spares as well?
