Because this site provides ongoing editorial bowling articles, we thought it would be fun to hear from our friends what are three tips you would give to a new bowler?

Knowing how to bowl and what you need to do to attain a level of proficiency with your game is one thing but offering useful tips to others is another.

There are literally hundreds and hundreds of bowling tips presented in articles on this site over a period of many years. Reading these tips privately is an easy thing to do but writing and publishing tips you strongly feel can help other bowlers is a different story entirely.

We thought it might be fun to ask you for your favorite or best three tips you would likely offer to a new bowler trying to learn the game and willing to listen to what you have to share.

Here are ideas which may or may not guide you but are intended to do so:

Would you offer a tip about bowling equipment or pro shop products?

Do you have one or more tips about footwork or swing techniques to share with a new bowler?

Do you have simple tips to share relating to alignment in hitting the pocket?

How about tips for releasing the bowling ball effectively?

Will you share any tip about shooting spares? How about shooting at the 7 or 10 pin spares?

Every experienced bowler has a key tip to share with a new bowler whether the new bowler is someone near to you such as a family member or a close friend.
