As an advanced and highly skilled player, you are very likely bowling in competitive leagues and tournaments. One critical key to winning is making sure on every shot you make that you are holding your form under bowling pressure.

All competition brings about pressure because of the will to win. That is the nature of competitive bowlers.

Most mistakes during an approach happen during the sliding step and release. Anxiety and eagerness to make a great shot under pressure cause an assortment of common mistakes which lead to poor shotmaking.
