Works great on my thumb to prevent blisters that I am told is my fault. My fault for not getting my thumb out of the ball cleanly. I am working on that just getting back into bowling. This tape works great and does not hinder my release. The only Negative is that when I sweat it seems to want to come off sometimes. Other then that it is fantastic.

I have to say this Wrist Support is pretty comfortable and really DOES give you more Revs or Hook on the ball. It does get hot and sweaty but then again I used it when I bowl alone and bowled like 9 games in a row non stop. The ONLY negative is the Screw that helps adjust Side Roll came off and I lost it already. I noticed that it kept getting loose. Now I am on a mission to find another one.
