By now, you have either begun the new league season, or you are just about to start, but have you taken the time to visit your local pro shop to make sure your bowling balls still fit properly?
Your fit will change from time to time due to age, weight gain/loss, amount of use and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Bowling with a ball that is fitted improperly will, at best, lead to bad bowling habits such as squeezing the ball. At worst, it can lead to injuries of the fingers, hand, wrist and shoulder.
Don't let this happen to you. Let your pro local shop professional examine how your hand is currently fitting in all of your bowling balls. If a change is needed, get it taken care of right away. The diligence you show today will lead to better scores and a healthier bowling body tomorrow.
